You’re Invited!

Every year generous people, organizations and businesses donate wreaths to our annual Wreath Display and Silent Auction. The proceeds help to continue funding the Way of Lights, keeping it free to our community. With over 150,000 people viewing the wreath display, this is a great way to support the local community and promote your business and/or organization. Plus, we are a 501c-3 which means your wreath’s value is tax-deductible!

Who Can Participate?

Individuals, families, businesses, organizations, ministry and church groups, schools, scouting groups, etc. Grab a couple friends and have some fun together!

When is the Display & Auction?

All entries must be received by Friday, November 8, 2013.
The wreath display and auction takes place from November 22 – December 17, 2013.
Bidding ends Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at midnight.
Winning bidders can pay for and pick up their wreaths from December 18 – 23, 2013.
Winners not claiming their wreaths by Monday, December 23, 2013, forfeit their prize.

Where?

The wreaths will be on display throughout the halls of the Shrine’s Visitors Center. The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows is located in Belleville, IL, just off Illinois Highway 15, approximately a 15 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

How do I Participate?

Include your name, address, and best phone number to reach you. We will send you a registration packet with all the details including the current deadlines, tips and guidelines for making your entry.

All wreaths and decorative wall displays must be submitted to the Shrine by Friday, November 8, 2013. All entries must be complete with a hook or hanger for display, and have a completed registration form attached. Entries can be dropped off at the Visitor Center between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily. Please call if a pick-up is required. We look forward to seeing your creativity!
